All items are FINAL SALE - unless product is damaged. items are final. If you ordered an incorrect size or shipping address, you must create an new order. We will not refund you the money back.
PRICE ADJUSTMENTS & SALES:
Chokitem carriers highly limited items, therefore does not offer price adjustments on items that were purchased within a sale time frame. The prices posted within the time frame of the said sale is strictly for that time frame only. There are no transfers, deductions after original purchase or cancelled orders prior to shipments. Sale items are final sale, unless otherwise advertised during sale.
We must authorize all returns before you are able to send merchandise back. Simply contact us directly on email@example.com.
The merchandise must not be worn, altered or washed. Only damaged merchandise must be returned in it's original condition, and accompanied by its original tags. Merchandise returned damaged may be rejected and sent back to the customer at the discretion of Chokitem. Customers are financially responsible for shipping returns and exchanges back. Original shipping fees are not refundable, unless upon the rare occasion of a discrepancy with your order. A refund will be issued back to the original method of payment for the merchandise returned. We require up to 5 business days of receiving the merchandise at the head office. Financial institutions may require additional days to process the refund before the funds are returned to the account. The return authorization number must be clearly written on the outside of the package. Additionally, returns should be shipped with a service that provides a tracking number and insurance, as we are not responsible for delayed or lost packages. Any returns received without a return authorization number or that do not comply with the above may be denied at the discretion of Chokitem and will be shipped back.
